Farewell to the Sarawak Tribune

Sixty-one years of history gone down the drain because of one man's doing. Poor ol' Tribune! I expect no better coverage of Borneo news than you. Having a state newspaper is unique, and I believe it is sort of rare in the West [M].

Goodbye Tribune.

yeah..i also felt bad for that. Shouldn't blame the whole corp just for one person's fault.

Editor(S) acted as irresposible to others. Pity to my brother in low for being a victim.

There should have been a checking process procedure that should have been adhered to. I believe the editor had no intention at all to offend. He was being 'proactive'. Many a times we middle level executives want to impress our superiors. "This is good stuff" we would say in our heads. This will get me some praising.... not knowing that it turned the other way round. If anyone has worked in middle level management before, one can understand that the next stage for you is to go UP or DOWN. In this Sarawak tribune case - it was to go OUT!
